Ron Adelstein has been an integral part of the financial services industry for more than 30 years, bringing a breadth of experience across a wide range of capacities. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of RGA Wealth Management, where he leads the firm's strategic vision and client-focused investment philosophy.

Prior to affiliating with Colorado Financial Service Corporation, Mr. Adelstein spearheaded the development of strategic alliances between RGA Wealth Management and multiple broker-dealer firms, demonstrating his ability to build meaningful partnerships within the industry. Earlier in his career, he held a pivotal role at Josephthal & Company, a member firm of the New York Stock Exchange, where he served as Research Coordinator — a position in which he acted as a critical conduit between the firm's analysts and its retail broker force, translating complex research into actionable investment ideas.

Mr. Adelstein earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the College of Business Administration (CBA) at St. John's University in Queens, New York.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Adelstein has remained deeply committed to giving back to his community. He is a passionate advocate for personal development, dedicating time to mentoring individuals and educating them on the importance of education, physical fitness, and overall well-being. He resides in Red Bank, New Jersey with his wife, Lauren.
